Not sure, if there is a different way to report issues with the Beta, but in general, you can send error reports via Samsung Members app > Support > Send feedback > Error report.
It ask you if the system logs can be attached. Select Allow. You should send out a report within 5 mins when you encounter an issue.

@lorenzo_Angeles just to add that it is worthwhile sending error reports to highlight problems , more folk sending logs helps pinpoint issues.
