For some random reason. Up to the beta3. Everything was ok

Now iv installed the one ui beta 4 some thing are not rite apps r overlapping 

This aint normal.

Google pay suddenly not working bt it was on the beta 3

And wen u click on apps it give u the notification for exsample email apps

Just spoke to a samesung women as the smamsung bus is in town and they said it cud be cuz they r waiting of the 2nd version of the one ui 7

Are you sure that you don't have Good Lock installed with Home Up activated? In there, there is an option called "DIY Home Screen", which allows you to do this. If you have HomeUp installed, then make sure that this setting is off
