Fingerprint sensor

Iv had no issues at all with any of the beta updates until today when my fingerprint sensor has suddenly stopped working altogether, anyone else having this issue?

I've had this issue too. One moment everything was working fine and the next both my fingerprint and face recognition stopped working. I restarted my phone and it's been working well since then.

Fingerprint sensor seems to be working fine but face recognition has stopped working. Restarting made no difference.

Same, it stopped working and wouldn't provide any haptic feedback or anything. A restart of the phone resolved the issue. How strange is that!

I have found that the fingerprint sensor and face recognition to be the worst of any phone that I have ever had.

Yes same issue here. Rebooted and working again. Send the log to the beta team when I opened this app.

Have you tried to reboot your phone?

If that won't help, please report the problem via the Samsung Members app attaching log files, right after the issue occurs .

I did a reset, all good now thanks
