Dual messenger

Anyone having issues with dual messenger for WhatsApp? Receive the text but can't send or receive images.

Please, try to clear cache of the WhatsApp (even reinstall it if necessary).

Also check if any application updates are available.

If the situation won't improve, please report this issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into it 😉.

I have been having the same issue. Done everything as advised but still no joy

Same issue. On Whatsapp dual Camera not accessible, folders empty backup not permitted. I am sure Samsung knows the issue persisted for months but there has been no resolution. Clearly they seems to be reluctant in resolving this issue. I am sure this would lead me to ditch samsung after 10 years of loyalty.
