I've noticed that I cannot backup my watch anymore. Anyone else have this issue? I'm running the latest beta version. It lists my backups from pre-beta. However option to backup is non-existent.

Have got Samsung Smart Switch and Samsung Cloud installed? I think the backup needs them now.

It's a pain you can't force a backup anymore. Mine does it in the early hours of the morning.

I do have them installed. Thought nothing of it until I got a message stating I haven't backed up the watch in over 7 days. Can't see any option in either smart switch or Samsung account!

Is your watch signed into your Samsung account? You can check in the Galaxy Wearable app.

I think the same thing happened to me. I think I might have cleared the data/cache in the Smart Switch app.

Thanks @davepb. Did a bit of a search on XDA, turns out as you said it backs up automatically, overnight as long as its connected to the phone. I haven't been doing that so will test that. Seems as though its a One UI5.0 "feature". Rather irritating that you can't force a manual backup anymore.
