Can't update

Ive just joined the beta, however I am not seeing any new updates. I've tried the check for updates button in both the beta section of Samsung members, and the settings app. And neither of these have any new software updates.

Where is your phone from? Only unlocked phones bought from Samsung can be on the beta. So if for example your phone is from Vodafone you won’t unfortunately be able to join the beta.

My phone was brought from Samsung but still doesn't work, do you know how to fix this still?

Yup. Joined yesterday midday here in the uk. No update yet 😞

Which model do you have? Have you joined the beta program? Sorry if it sounds silly but just checking what steps you have followed so far.

I'm sorry, but treating testers like technological analfabets is not helping at all. I find this kind of answer quite offensive.

Yep, still no real solution. And the answers like "did you pressed the software download button?" are infuriating.
