Connectivity issues with a slow internet connection

Hi, I'm currently on a slow internet connection (about 512 kb/s) because I have used my tariff's monthly data limit (7 GB). The problem is, I can't open webpages in both Samsung Internet, and Chrome. Google search does work, but it's a little slow. DeepSeek works too, which confirms I have a connection. I wanted to open my operator's app to buy more data, it has worked yesterday, a little slow, but it managed to download the data, but today it refuses. I'm on a trip which means there is no Wi-Fi networks. Billing cycle resets this monday. Any tips?

It's all dependent on your operator/bandwith, so there's not much you can do about it. One thing you could try would be limiting background app data usage/turning off anything hogging the already slow connection, if that's even the case.

I set all the not-so-important apps to wifi only. Will go to limit the background data usage. The internet is capped at 512 kb/s, but is unlimited. Also, do you think that data saver might also commit to the issue? It is currently switched on.

It shouldn't, but you can add your app(s) to be excluded from it and see if it makes a difference.
