Using a camera filter app

Im working on photo and decided to dosnload a filter app . I was on samsung gallery and i dont lnknow how to launch the app so i may use it on my photos.

Open a photo in the gallery then click on the pen icon. Then click where the arrow's pointing in the screenshot. All the filters are along the bottom.
