Hi Stoepboer,
Are you using a Samsung TV as well? Then you could use Samsung Connect to use your phone as a remote control. The Galaxy S8 has no IR blaster so it won't work directly with your setupbox, but if you place the smart remote that came with the TV somewhere strategically in your room, the TV will send a signal to the remote which will control the setupbox.
Also, since you've reached the Dutch Community and your name sounds very Dutch, if you happen to speak Dutch, please do :smileyvery-happy:
