My galaxy A52s keeps losing Internet connectivity while being connected to a WiFi network. After not using the phone for an hour or so it says connected without Internet. This happens with all the WiFi networks I use at home or work or anywhere else.

To find out whether this can be solved with an update from us, it is best to submit an error report via the Samsung Members app. My colleagues from the R&D department also receive a log from your phone and get a better picture of it. If this can be solved with an update, it will also be rolled out as soon as possible.

You can submit an error report via our Samsung Members app. Open the Samsung Members app and choose Support, then scroll down a bit and you will see Error reports.

Assuming everything in your phone is up-to-date. I've had this problem too some time ago on my S22 Ultra.

Probably you tried it already but reset your modem/router to its factory settings and restart your phone. Otherwise reset the network settings on your phone, after that you need to input every password again.

Last option would be reset your phone fully to factory settings. If the problem still persist send an Error Report via your Samsung Members app. In that way Samsung developers can check your system

Did everything which is suggested except hard reset and even after 3 updates the problem persists. It is extremely annoying. I always have to switch on and off the WiFi for the phone to connect again, and the ***** connection drops again after a few minutes. If this doesn't stop I think I'll end up throwing this phone in the dustbin. It's a shame Samsung is not doing anything about it. I see a lot of posts on the
