Shared pictures on instagram showing up in galary

Hi,

I recently started using the instagram app.

So I made a post there with 10 pictures that already existed on my phone. After uploading the post, all these pictures now show up again in the gallery app in the photos as if I made these pictures today. All copies of the original photos.

How can I unable to show these pictures in the gallery photos. 

I have galaxy s20+

Hello,

What you experience is completely normal.

Go inside the gallery app and click 3 dots on top right > and than click hide albums > and hide the instagram album.
