What's your current phone's software version? Everything is up-to-date; Google Play Store, Galaxy Store and phone itself?
I've wifi and data always enabled on my S22 Ultra. When I leave the house the wifi function stays enabled, but it will only switch to automatically enabled data function(as wifi isn't detected outside).
The moment I arrive back in my house it switches automatically to wifi

I don't remember this type of wifi behavior in my S9. My S10+ has the same network connection behavior as my S22 Ultra.
It's easy to have both functions enabled and it switches accordingly to its specific environment(at home, at friend, at family, ...)

Look at my screenshot in previous message. Data will only start if your wifi is weak, slow or unstable. So yes it's a priority on wifi.
Data consumes too, but therefor I enable Adaptive Power Saving in the Device Care menu. It will enable Saving mode when it sees fit.
Also I use Wi-Fi Power saving and Data Saver options to extend the battery's lifespan

Hi @MartijnK ,
Thanks for your interest.
Jimboo's solution is definitely one way to go but I would like to avoid to have both WiFi and Mobile Data constantly on.
The "Turn on Wi-Fi automatically" toggle is clear: Turn on Wifi automatically in common places and turn off elsewhere. At the moment, this is not working. I want when I exit home, to have Wi-fi off automatically (regardless if I want to use the Mobile data).
I have Location On, Wi-fi scanning ON.
There's a chance that this setting needs some time to "learn" the "usual" places. Typically (in my S9), when you press this option, it lists the places/wifi networks that are usual. At the moment, my S21FE doesn't list anything.
If it doesn't "learn" my home as a usual place in the next couple of days, I don't know what to do.

Yes, Auto reconnect is ON on my home wifi network.
