S21 FE - VoLTE calling, how to turn off?

I just noticed when I swipe right on a contact on in recent calls, It states HD VoLTE Call.

I never used to call on 4G, and I don't see any options in call settings to change it.

 the option isn't there, however when I change network mode to 2g/3g and go back to the phone app and swipe right on a contact it doens't state HD VoLTE calling anymore and just shows its a  regular call.

So the function is still available.

I'm currently on android 14 and one UI6.1
