Hello, I'm facing wifi connection problem on M30s since couple of weeks. Can't connect to network or authorisation problem. Other devices work quite well. Plz help.

Does an error message pop up when you try to connect to the network? If so, what does it say?

Also, have you checked your software is up to date? Head to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

It says can't connect to network. My device software is up to date.

Have you tried a Soft Reset on your phone?

Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds to perform this. Sometimes a quick reset on your phone can solve a lot of issues.

You may also like to try disconnecting from the Wi-Fi network and then re-connecting. To disconnect go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Gear icon > Forget.

I am having this same issue. Tried the above and still not resolved
