Hello Guys!

I'm having a terrible problem wifi my celphone... He is connect with the wifi but isn't work! The simbol of wifi in the top have a Exclamation mark next to it and the internet doesn't work! Could you guys help to solve this problem?

Hi,

 

You could try forgetting the WiFi network in the phones settings and it that does not help to into Settings-apps and if you can clear the cache and data in the storage part of WiFi. 

 

No joy then create a back up and factory reset. 

 

Finally a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre location can run a diagnostic on the device.
