wi fi calling

My work phone samsung A51 doesn't have WiFi calling option? Was able to find it on my a71 but not on A51. I though they all have it? Need to have this option as poor network where I work.

Can anyone help?

if u open the phone dialer press the 3 dots and go to settings it should be in there thats were mine is also mine is in my quick toggles.

thats what I did but the option is not there with some reason. looked everywhere also checked if phone is on latest software etc and can not find it.

who is your mobile network with ? I'm with EE so when I put my simcard in it automatically showed up for me.

this is 02 phone. Will call them on Teasday see what they will say. thanks anyway

restart without sim once fully booted insert sim card wifi calling should reappear
