Why can't they hear my voice when I make or receive calls using Samsung J3-2017

Out of the blue, each time I make and receive calls, I can hear the person's voice but nobody can hear my voice. 
I am using the 2017 model for the Samsung J3.
The exact full model number is: SM-J330FN

Is anyone experiencing the same problem?
Has anybody experienced this problem in the past?
Can anyone kindly assist to resolve this issue?
Is this a known defect with the J3 and is there anybody who can help to please rectify this problem?

Does this happen everywhere or in one particular place @Bigbros 

 

This could be network mast congestion or mast issues. Your network will be able to help.

 

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens  ?
