In the UK Samsung wouldn't comment on firmware release dates for their unbranded phone's and the Mobile Networks won't comment on dates for their branded phone's. 

 

This is possibly the same in your country. 

 

Isnt Oreo suspended right now due to re boot issues too ?

Samsung Turkey have announced that Oreo for S7 will be released the April 13.

After S8 and Note 8 you would think but i wouldn't be surprised now if S7 got oreo and 8.1 before S8
