Hey @Da21. Are you using the earphones that came supplied with your J3? Do you have any other ones you can test on your phone? Can you also confirm that the software is up to date?

Are you using the stock music app or an app such as Spotify?
No I was using one of the HD movie apps off of Google Play
Does the issue occur when using the stock music app?
This happens when I'm just sitting around whether I'm using an app or not I plug it in and the phone. I unplug it and the phone comes back on
