I dont think they are continuing with the note...the S21 ultra has all the features of Note minus a slot for the S pen. S pens work on the Ultra

It appears that the Galaxy S and Note line of phone's have been merged to make a hybrid phone.

It really depends on the needs of the employees to be able to use a particular phone to use for their line if work / job role and then the current budget of the company itself to what phone is best.
