i have a tiny crack on my samsung galaxy m21, but the phone has an issue with the mother board, however there is no physical damage to the mother board, was facing the issue with the fuctioning of the mobile since the time i got the mobile. now when i reached out to the samsung store they say that this cant be repaired under warranty as the screen is cracked.
