Vorbestellung probleme mit Galaxy Z Fold3

Hi all,

Been trying for hours to pre order the samsung galaxy Z fold 3 but it seems your web site down for Germany.

Its stuck on the first stage (Kontaktdetails) see screenshot below

Have tried it on 2 different browser and used Chrome incognito mode - still fails

Also your online support is not working nor does it route to any agent

Can someone please look into this and advise

found the issue - your website does not allow a mobile number from another country, which is weird.

so even though my address is in my Germany but I put in a UK mobile number it does not allow me to go to the next stage of my order.

Not even a error message was displayed for that - just by luck i changed it to a German mobile number and it worked.

Your UI needs work and improvement, was a bit of frustrating experience - if you do not want anyone to enter a different mobile country number then this option should not have been there or at very least a error message  should have pop out hinting issues with the mobile number.
