Go to settings> Storage> internal storage> Used space> Apps> then scroll to very bottom of the app list. You will most likely find an app which has no logo and name or may have suspicious name, e.g. (No name) click on it and uninstall that app. Next restart the phone. Congratulations problem is solved.
