Why since the last update am I unable to watch certain programmes on my amazon prime or have account ?

Perhaps try the following @Mich6619 

 

  • Log out of the app and re log back in.
  • Check the settings and preferences settings of the App.
  • Delete the App from your device and from your mylibrary in the Playstore.
  • Clear the cache and if necessary the data in the app via Settings, Apps, choose the app, Location,  Clear Cache. Clear Data.
  • Let the app developer know your expecting issues.

Since the last update of what? The phone or the Amazon app? As well as trying what @BandOfBrothers says make sure the Amazon app is up to date as well via Google Play Store》My Apps & Games 》Updates.

However, deleting from your Play Store Library is not necessary
