Hi was just wondering I anyone as had any problems since installing the latest update my camera has suddenly stopped working 😡

Hi @Liz72 what device did you update...

I updated my S7 edge and the issue I am having is the predictive text,I'm having to type some words manually even really simple one's like ON I just get the first letter and then it turns blue and won't type any further 

Have you tried a restart just to clear the debri that's some time left over 

Also a restart once a few weeks can cure some issues.

Just hold your power button and choose restart if your not sure

You could try going into the camera app and clear its cache and data via Settings - apps. 

If that fails shut the phone off then from a set of button presses enter into the phones file system and clear the system cache. 

If that fails then back up and factory reset.

If that fails then please seek assistance at your most local Samsung Service Location or Samsung Experience Store @Liz72
