Hey, please advise...I have a samsung a20, since the software update last night I can't look at my photos saved on the sd card. I have restarted my phone but I still can't see them. Thanks
All I can say is so you don't risk loosing your photos take the SD out if your phone and save them on a laptop. Then you can try different solutions with your phone....knowing you have them backup up. Then when you have finished backing up your photos replace the SD card into your phone and load an app called Soild Explorer. This will read any format of files and I've used this to solve any of my file problems. Hope this helps
Thankyou for the advice but this is still not working. I can't even open the photos on my laptop after backing them up..thankfully I do have them saved as thumbnails on my internal storage. I will try backing them up again then re-load them onto my sd card...
