UK Repair Website not working well

Galaxy J7 Pro: I need a new screen.

The live chat goes round in circles and there are no live (human) agents available. The 0330 000 0333 support phone number does not work at all. 

The site says that my phone can be repaired but I just cannot get to anyone to tell me how. 

Can anyone help?

Turns out that the phone number on the website is wrong. It should be 0333 0000 0333

I've just looked on the contact page and the number is correct, @ADH64.

The J7 Pro isn't a UK/ EU model and wouldn't be possible to repair here. What issues are you experiencing with your phone?

Hi Carl You are right that it is correct on contact page Help & Contact | Samsung United Kingdom

But it is wrong on the repair page Repair | Samsung UK 

It is listed as 0330 000 0333

I landed on the repair site first.
