U flex earphones makeing loud buzzing nose after a minute off play need fix

I have had the u flex ear phones for about 5 days now and ever sense I got them they have made a buzzing nose that stops the audio that is playing.i have tryed about every thing.i just want to know if anyone has a fix for this frustrating issue.
