I factory-reset my phone, and wanted sign back in to my Samsung Account on my phone. Everything was fine unitl it reached the Two-Step Verification. It says that it sent me an SMS with the verification code but I did not recieve any thing. I chose the "resend verification code" button a couple of times yet I don't recieve any messages.
I thought the problem was with my messaging service, but I tried Two-Step Verification on other sites like Facebook and Snapchat and it sent me the verification code and everything was fine.
What can I do in this situation?

I am not receiving any SMS messages from Samsung either. In my case, I'm trying to enable 2 Step Authentication but I can't since I'm not getting any verification message from them. ALL other sites work fine except Samsung.
Yes, I found a solution. Someone from samsung contacted me and disabled the two-step verification feature.
I am not sure what the problem is, but I think it has to do with the zero the phone number starts with, or maybe the country code. Because in my case (before solving the problem), it said that it was sending the code to my phone number, and it was missing the country code and the 0 at the beginning. ( it showed 796****25, but it should have been 0796****25 or 00962796****25). Again, I'm not sure if this is the problem but it might be.

First you must go to-
Settings/ Lock Screen/ Secure Lock Settings/ then disable "Local Network And Security"
On older phones it will be called "Reactivation Lock"
Now you should recieve the code.
Thanks, but this has nothing to do with the 2-step verification feature. What you're talking about only blocks turning off WiFi or Mobile Data when the screen is locked.

I have the same problem. I set up the 2 steps verification but it does not send any code to my phone. After 4 tries, the system freezes. 😐
I wouldn't use Apple even if you paid me. Horrible company.
