Two-Step Verification

I fbought new samsung device yesterday and was trying to sign back in to my Samsung Account on my phone. Everything was fine unitl it reached the Two-Step Verification. It says that it sent me an SMS with the verification code but I did not recieve any thing. I chose the "resend verification code" button a couple of times yet I don't recieve any messages.

I thought the problem was with my messaging service, but I tried Two-Step Verification on other sites like Facebook and Snapchat and it sent me the verification code and everything was fine.

What can I do in this situation?

Are you able to put your sim in another phone and then try for the verification sms.

i tried to put sim in other phone but failed not reciveing in any message from samsung side

Do you receive texts ok from people ?

If so your network may have barred texts as they may look like spam from their side. 

Samsung can't stop texts themselves. 

A Samsung phone can stop a text if it gas a text blocking feature. 

Are you able to log into your Samsung Account via other means and in the interim turn Off two step ?

am getting texts from other number actually i feel system is pick up incomplete number 

thats why am not getting text.

I didn't received sms code that two steb verification is sooo aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah samsung fix it please i can't restore my backup I'm losing my S note my music my settings my contacts numbers my everything i called the technical support in my country they said we can't do anything they don't understand how to fix this problem I'm soo sad about it i have things in cloud it's old things important to me i don't know how to explain how i feel it's so bad to lose everything because that two steb verification there is no any message received i tried for 5 days i contact you samsung in everywhere everyone said we can't do anything for you please do something about it  please
