Transferring an app

I have an app (4 pics 1 word) which I have reached over 6000 and want to transfer it from a Samsung J5 to another phone (Galaxy A5 2017) I cannot work out how to save it and transfer it to the newer phone. I've tried asking the app helpline and Google and the directions they give don't match whats on the phone. Please can you help?

Normally an app will provide an option to register your account to an email or phone number. But this app doesn't appear to have this option. If you own a computer you can try an app like "helium - app sync and backup" in the play store to transfer the app data. I've used it a long time ago and it worked then.
