If your timezones etc are 100% correct then if this was me if all else failed id suggest to back up and factory reset.

Set your time and date to auto and that should sort out the 4 minute lag.

My Galaxy watch is set to auto, yet it still has a 4 minute discrepancy from other internet based time clocks. So the suggested solutions don’t work (for me). Setup options has time set to “Automatic; using GPS or WiFi”

Setting to Auto solved the 5 minute error on my Galaxy A51! Thanks!
