Have you recently ported to a new network @Thedaddy67 or performed a sim swap as this could be the issue if so.
Contact your Networks Customer Service and ask about a split port.
Is this texts from everyone or certain contacts. If certain contacts then check any text blocking feature and ask the sender to check theirs too as the issue could be st their end.
As a process of elimination can you insert your sim card in another phone and see if you get texts.
