Text from MSFT

I have just recieved the following text: 

Someone else might have accessed Microsoft account mm*****@hotmail*.uk. Recover at https://account.live.com

Has anyone else had This? Is it a scam? I obviously have not clicked on any links although it is my email address.

Not had this before but i would recommend to change your password and speak to microsoft.
