SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

So today I'm in my own home and watching TV when some unknown model tried to as for WiFi direct through my TV.

Now isn't this trying to access the internet.

I don't get it

You can connect to the TV to play videos etc on the TV through your phone.
When going to connect, the phone will search for devices available and in range ,then give you a list.
Maybe someone picked the wrong selection on their device. They can't connect unless you accept anyway
