My grandmother's maid has a J5 Prime that she uses to receive payments but it died last night, I took a look at it last night and it seems similar to a dead battery.
1st try starting: tried booting to bios after removing the sim to see if it was the screen and
SUCCESS I reach the bios warning for loading custom OS I press volume down to restart the device and only reached the Samsung model splash screen before it died.
All attempts after had the same result except for when I put the sim and then the phone died in the bios warning screen.
