strange icon

Hi has anyone else had this strange icon appear at the top left of the screen under the clock, when you touch it it takes you to the alarm.

The symbol changes every now and then??

I haven't came across this on my phone, but it could be that you've set an alarm and/or changed your screen settings/display to show your alarm shortcut on your screen. hope this helps

hi I have not changed a thing it just appeared

if you've recently updated it might be because of that. I'd have a look in your screen and display settings and also the alarm settings

I've maybe figured out what it is. I think a toggle was somehow enabled in the status bar of the notification settings. when the toggle bar is enabled it denotes the number of notifications present

hi I have an s8+ the symbol changes I have checked all toggles and have not updated for weeks see picture of different icon

could be a glitchy widget
