Can you screenshot the info on your phone and upload it here.
Does your phone allow the transfer of apps from internal storage to the Sd card
The apps could be on the Sd card but their cache and data might be accruing in the internal storage.
Other things that take up storage are but not limited to....
Calendar entries.
Notes.
Texts and MMS.
emails and attachments.
Tones.
Wallpapers.
Old unused or rarely used apps.
Ringtones.
Contacts.
You could try turning Off the phone and then via a set series of button pressess that takes you into the devices system file system clear the cache.
