Have you ever pushed a supermarket trolley and felt like a small electric shock on your fingers ?
Has you computer and or phone just froze and loced up on you and no matter what buttons you press, nothing happens.

When there is a build up of current or a production of current but it has nowhere to escape, this is static and locks up your phone.
You must switch it off, but electricity must still dissipate but its still trapped in your phone causing a magnetic field that is static that is locking up your phone.
In the good old days when we could take the phone battery out for 30 seconds and put it back in, that would solve the problem.

If you get static and a lockup freeze on your modem samsung phone,
Switch it off,
Connect the charge cable to the phone.
If it is a non detachable cable or a USB cable, it's ok.
Once Connected to the phone, the other end, the plug end charger or USB socket end,
Simply make sure up touch them against any metal object, either the pins on the charger or the USB end of the cable.
The static will be attracted to the metal and flow out of your phone.
Then turn your phone back on.

Remember, it is advised to restart your phone at least once every 24 hours.
But leave it off for 1 minute.
