open SETTINGS, browse to DEVICE CARE. In device care, if you do not see 100 in that window, click on the blue button bar to optimise your phone. Once it has optimised, you should see a list below there, with reference to MEMORY. This tells you how much ram you can free up. Once you've done all that, try updating again.
