Social Media Photo Access on Galaxy S8

Question: There are numerous albums on my S8 after a two week excursion to Europe. However, Instagram and Facebook default to accessing only 9 of the photos, and they're not an album on my phone I can find to add to. Is there a way to change the access permissions so that social media apps have access to all photos on the phone?

On your S8 you should be able to adjust the individual app permissions through Settings > Apps > All Apps > (scroll and click into the relevant app) > Permissions.
