Someone has hacked my network  and my smartphone, the network is save again but I can't get sms messenger.what can I do to fix the Phone?

Maybe your phone's integrity is still damaged. Maybe you should contact a service center or make anything to "install" a original version over the damaged version. (this process may not be described in this forum)
