Can anyone shed light on how i use smart switch to transfer all from old a10 to new s21fe please? Which of the devices do i keep my original sim card in to transfer too ?

Hello @ LucyInTheSky, just be careful after the transfer. Check that all your files, pictures and apps have actually transferred correctly. Some if your apps will need to be reconfigured. Especially check any financial and work related apps you use, you don't want to be caught out when you try and use them. Make sure all your Contacts are transferred correctly.
The reason I'm saying us that I've recently used Smart Switch for my wife and it is not that accurate.

I just completed the transfer of my old phone Galaxy S9+ to my Galaxy 22 Ultra, my photos showed in the Gallery app on the Ultra and now are gone.  I did the factory reset on my Galaxy 9+, I assume my photos are no longer retrievable?
