Just had a one hour discussion with the Tech Team specialising in Smart Switch as unable to Sync either Tablet of Smartphone with Smart Switch at present. Iv'e been informed by the engineer that a recent Windows 10 update is stopping Samsung products syncing to Outlook when using Microsoft.
Apparently Samsung are in communcation with Microsoft and hope that the matter is solved in the next couple of weeks. Until then - FRUSTRATION - and keep attempting to SYnc!!
