Smart Switch Installation Error - Feature Transfer Error -2

I'm hoping someone can help me with an issue I'm encountering during the installation of Smart Switch. When installing, I'm getting the following error: "Feature Transfer Error -2, the system cannot find the file specified."

I've tried several solutions, such as reinstalling the program and restarting my device, but the problem persists. Has anyone else faced this error and have suggestions on how to resolve it?

Apparently, the file is missing or corrupted.
