Solved: smart switch for Windows 10 64Bit

Where can I find a download program for smart Switch. I had installed before but it failed now I cant find the program to down load

Click the link below to take you to that page on the Samsung website. From there you will find 'Download for Windows' button halfway down the page on the 'Transfer Your Stuff' tab. Will make more sense when you see it.

I had the same issue. Kies and Smart Switch didn't work with W10, "Side by Side Configuration Error Message."
This message appears if you have multiple Visual C++ components on your PC

What worked for me:
- Uninstall all of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages from the PC, 2005, 2008, etc., both x86 and x64
- Install only Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86), regardless if the PC/W is x86 or x 64
- Install Smart Switch or Kies
(I didn't need to restart PC, and it worked, but you can restart it after installing the Visual C++ 2008 SP1, just in case)

If this doesn't work, try the following:
- Uninstall all Microsoft Visual C++ from the PC
- Install all of the Microsoft Visual C++ based on your PC/W, x86 or x64
- Restart
- Try to install the Smart Switch or Kies

Good Day follow these links, download and install.

For 64 Bit Windows, you typically should be installing both 32 bit and 64 bit runtime libraries.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64)

After getting those installed, Smart Switch was able to install all the way through.

Try installing SmartSwitch again.
