Other Smartphones@SteveBaillie: Please can you confirm the model number and current Android version of the phone you're using, so I'm able to provide accurate troubleshooting steps? In the meantime, please press and hold the Volume Down and Power Keys together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts. This will perform a Soft Reset on the device, and should hopefully address any performance issues you're experiencing. Don't worry, this won't affect your personal data or settings.

Other Smartphones@SteveBaillie: Further to the above, it can be beneficial to restart your Galaxy A52 5G every 24-48 hours to keep it running smoothly. To maintain the performance in the meantime, please make sure to close any apps you're not using via the Recents button in your Navigation Bar (3 vertical lines). Also, head to Settings > Battery and device care > Optimise Now, followed by Memory > Clean now. Let me know if this helps.
