hello guys,please am having an issue with my phone, I can't use homepage button,

Is there any solution to it?

Have done factory reset but still the same thing

Put the phone into Safe Mode and then see what happens.

If the issue persists then I'd suggest a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can take a look @solar25

go onto settings, display, navigation bar, and try using 'full screen gestures. I hope that fixes your problem
