Setting up email account

would you be so kind as to tell me the procedure for setting up an eircom.net email account on my 2017 Samsung  galaxy J5 MOBILE.

Have you tried setting up the email account through the Samsung mail app? Go to your Samsung folder and select the email app and setup your email address by clicking new account and obviously have your login details to set it up. Here's a Guide here showing you how to do it and obviously select your email address.
