Screen swift flash and flickering on full screen apps, and sometimes minimizing them

-First of all I am surprised why my Samsung is not listed here!

- The annoying issue that I am facing happened a few days ago (probably after a system update)

- YouTube's shorts or instagram random videos in full screen gets paused for a fraction of second and then a flash screen keeps happening in every 2 minutes,

-YouTUbe in full screen video get's minimized..

-I did a full update on all the running apps and restarts, and the annoying problem persists.

I noticed this same problem in another brand posted since 2018 with no reply from Samsung!!!

I am facing flash light issue when I turn on the camera it does not flash on any shot kindly help me about it.
